By accessing and using ExpertB ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
ExpertB is an online marketplace that connects learners with instructors and service providers. The Platform allows:
- Instructors to create and sell courses
- Service providers to offer their professional services
- Users to purchase courses and services
- AI-powered assistance for learning and content creation
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam or send unauthorized promotional content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent purpose
5. Seller Requirements
To become a seller on ExpertB:
- You must complete at least one course on the platform to receive a Student ID
- Your Student ID serves as verification of your commitment to learning
- All services and courses are subject to review and approval
- You must provide accurate descriptions of your offerings
- You are responsible for delivering the services/courses as described
6. Payments and Fees
Payment terms on ExpertB:
- All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Platform fee of 20% is deducted from seller earnings
- Sellers can withdraw earnings after a holding period
- Refund policies apply as per individual course/service terms
- We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfers
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ExpertB or its content suppliers. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant ExpertB a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
8. Course and Service Content
Instructors and service providers are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of their content
- Ensuring they have the right to share the content
- Responding to user inquiries and providing support
- Completing service orders within the specified timeframe
9. Limitation of Liability
ExpertB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform
- Any unauthorized access to your account
- Content provided by third parties
- Any errors or omissions in the Platform
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between users should first be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Is harmful to other users or the Platform
- Is fraudulent or illegal
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
